All commercial relations between Enoteca Belledonne Srl and customers are governed exclusively by the following general conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement, unless agreed in writing, also the insertion of an online order, implies full acceptance of the following conditions.
Any person acting in the name of the customer will represent him and will bind him towards Enoteca Belledonne Srl, since the customer himself is directly responsible for the confidential storage and use of his personal password.

2 - Responsibility:
Enoteca Belledonne Srl declines all responsibility for damage or loss, direct or indirect, deriving from the goods - of which he is a mere distributor - or from the use of the same and from the provision of services - of which he is a mere intermediary - as proposed in the catalog published on our site, also for delayed or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the website. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Service is provided with a maximum of 24 hours of annual detention above which the damages for a possible non-transaction may be recognized if it is proved with evidence that the detention that caused the damage was greater than 24 ore.

3 - Technical information:
The technical information posted on the website, are obtained from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. 4 - Orders:
E-commerce orders can only be placed via the Internet (on line).
The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming that the order proposal has been entered in our information system. Confirmation of order acceptance or rejection of the same (for accounting reasons, administrative or product shortages) comes at a later time by e-mail (E-mail).
At the conclusion of the contract, the order will be stored on our server.

Enoteca Belledonne Srl does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods, until the order itself is accepted and the acceptance communicated to the customer.

7 - Shipping and Delivery:
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be carried out by transporters defined by Enoteca Belledonne Srl In this case, and only when the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at the risk of Enoteca Belledonne Srl In case of theft / loss confirmed by the carrier, Enoteca Belledonne Srl undertakes to send a new product e, should it be unavailable and / or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept this new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product itself. 8 - Risk and Property:
The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with charge on the invoice.
In the event that the goods were shipped carriage forward, at the customer's request, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier at our warehouses.
Upon receipt of the goods, even in the presence of intact packaging, the customer is required to immediately ascertain the conformity of the goods with respect to the purchase order made. Any report made after this deadline or in different ways, will not be taken into consideration.
The customer will be liable for any damage resulting from false reports and declarations.

9 - Payments:
Terms of payment

The products ordered by the Customer will be kept busy until the receipt of proof of the bank transfer, to be sent no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The dispatch of the order will take place only upon actual crediting of the amount due to the current account of Enoteca Belledonne Srl which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. You exceed those deadlines, the order will be deemed automatically canceled.
The purpose of the bank transfer must include:
– the order reference number;
– name and surname of the order holder. For issuing the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same.
Payments can be made in the forms provided for in the program. If payments are made by credit card, the transaction will be automatically moved, for security reasons, on the website of the credit institution
The bank details for the transfers will be communicated by e-mail and the shipment of the goods will be made only when we are in possession of the payment.

10 - Right of withdrawal:

11 - Returns Goods
The return of the goods to Enoteca Belledonne Srl, in the cases provided for by art. 9 e 12, must be accompanied by the completion by the CUSTOMER of a specific request to Enoteca Belledonne Srl which will inform the customer about the return procedures.
Return requests must be received in writing by 7 days from receipt of the goods .
For unavoidable needs of timeliness connected to relationships with manufacturers and insurance companies, the reports of hidden defects must be received, and not just be sent, to the headquarters of Enoteca Belledonne Srl, in writing, UNDIFFERABLY within 7 days of discovery .
Method of return:
– The goods must be returned to Enoteca Belledonne Srl, in the ways indicated by us within 7 (set) days at the address of our office.
– The material that arrives in other locations will be rejected to the sender.
– The products must arrive in their original packaging and in any case must be salable: if this is not the case, we reserve the right to return the material to the customer with a charge for the shipping costs, suspending the dispatch of the replacement or partial accreditation e, however we will charge the expenses incurred by us for the restoration of the material.
– The cost of transport will be borne by the customer. Refunds will be made using the same method used for payment – In the event of a price list change, the amount credited will be the improvement amount for Enoteca Belledonne Srl
