Fox Pasini Ribolla Gialla

Ribolla is an indigenous grape variety, with good natural acidity and fresh aromas, stands out for its right liveliness, elegantly softened by the great balance that is still created in the bottle. It is increasingly being confirmed as a wine of great interest, also international. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it should be drunk young to better appreciate the great hints of fruit, while with a few months of bottle aging it is possible to grasp all the peculiar characteristics of the grape.
