Tenuta San Guido The Defenses

The defenses, a Toscana IGT wine is produced by Tenuta San Guido from 2003. The grape variety is 70% Cabernet e 30% Sangiovese. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at controlled temperature with a maceration that lasts for approx 12 days for both Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese.
