A selection of Aglianico grapes from the highest part of the company's vineyards facing south-east on the hills of Passo della Serra di Montemiletto characterize this wine with a great structure supported by adequate freshness which makes it particularly long-lived and capable of expressing, as years go by, an important olfactory and gustatory potential.

After a long maceration with the skins, the wine matures first for 24/36 months in large oak barrels and then in bottle for at least a year before release.
