Wine produced in the locality cannito by means of a soft pressing and fermentation in a steel tank.
After fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, it is refined for a year, inside our cellars. In barrels of 30 hl.
After a year of aging it is assembled and then rests for another six months in the bottle.
