San Salvatore Ceraso Aglianico

Cherry it is a red wine Aglianico Paestum PGI dell’San Salvatore farm, made from Aglianico grapes grown on the Capaccio estate – Paestum (in Cilento). The harvest is done manually and the wine is vinified with soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks and low temperature maceration for 6 ore. Aglianico Paestum IGP Ceraso is an elegant wine, very persistent thanks to its minerality.
