Il Moio 57 owes its name to the extraordinary harvest of 1957, which was obtained in Mondragone. Vinification is traditional with long maceration. Subsequently the wine undergoes a period of aging in traditional Slavonian oak barrels. It has a ruby red color, a fruity perfume with a spice and licorice base. The taste is characterized by a remarkable concentration and an excellent balance.
