Livio Felluga Sharis

The varietal combination of Sharis reconciles the confidences and expectations of the local consumer with those of the international consumer, representing a sort of trait d'union between Friuli and the rest of the world. From a technical point of view, the combination of these varieties gives the wine balance and complexity. The Ribolla Gialla, eg, which in itself does not have a marked aromatic character, it is important in defining the texture of the wine, bringing freshness and liveliness.
