In the Loire valley the river separates the two famous AOC denominations of Sauvignon Blanc: Pouilly Fumé on the right, Sancerre on the left. Sancerre is an ancient wine, already present in Roman sources, that Baron de Laducette, owner of magnificent vineyards in this area, it produces through a particularly slow and low temperature vinification process, to preserve all floral notes to the maximum.
