Circle, legendary house of Champagne, belonging to the LVMH group since 1999, remains the emblematic example of the Champenois winemaking method. Today directed by the new generation, Olivier Krug and the faithful cellar master Eric Lebel perfect their style by vinifying the must in small old wooden barrels of 25 years and only for two months, in the fermentation phase. A technique that gives all cuvées a strong personality, more accessible today than in the past “not Krugists”.
