Jermann Chardonnay

Chardonnay from chardonnay grapes vinified in white. It has a bright straw color, with greenish reflections, intense perfume, fruity (when young banana - golden ripens), slightly aromatic, has excellent persistence. This wine enhances the natural aromas of the grape in a very noticeable way. It goes well with salted fish from the large and new kitchen, shellfish and vegetable creams. Particularly happy is the memory of a pairing with a crunchy monkfish soup.
