Grapes that come from the selection of the vineyards distributed in the different terroirs dedicated to the special Janare project, with the exception of the alluvial valley floors. It's like conducting an orchestra, where the job is to select, of each vintage, the best grapes from soils, different morphologies and microclimates - the volcanic soils of ignimbrite, the fluvial terraces and the ancient black lands of the marly hill - with the result of an unfailing constancy of character and quality that our valley is always able to guarantee.
