Gioi’ San Salvatore Rosè Millesimato

This elegant sparkling wine classic method Brut Rosé "Gioì" of the vintage comes from pure Aglianico grapes 2017. The base wine is vinified in steel and the second fermentation in the bottle is followed by a stop on the lees for at least 24 months before the opening. A rosé sparkling wine made from the most important red berried grapes in the area, that conquers for the greedy aromas and for the creaminess in the tasting phase.
