Gromis is the name of the family from which Gaja acquired the vineyards, in the mid-nineties, in La Morra.
It comes from the pure vinification of Nebbiolo grapes, it matures one year in barrique and one year in large cask: its complexity and elegance can evolve and expand for many and many years.
Fruity, spicy, balsamic on the nose, soft, warm and persistent on the palate, it is perfect with full-bodied traditional Piedmontese dishes or even on its own, as a splendid meditation wine.
