It's a little secret: during the draw, the phase in which sugars and yeasts are added to start the second fermentation in the bottle, a smaller quantity of sugar is added to Satèn. Finally, a long period of aging enhances a soft elegance in every single bottle. Delicious as an aperitif, it is an excellent conversation wine.
