The meticulous selection of the grapes is followed by vinification with the maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in combined steel and wood vats Horizon, which lasts approx 10 – 12 days. The wine ages for 2 years for 80% in French oak barrels (gives 60 – 90 hl) and for the 20% in French oak barriques (gives 3,5 hl); scrupulous checks are carried out in this period, until the refinement in the bottle which lasts for 8-12 months.
