Antinori Cervaro of the Hall

The Marchesi Antinori Cervaro della Sala produced for the first time in the vintage 1985 was introduced to the market in 1987. This Umbrian white wine from the Sala di Antinori estate has won numerous awards and has obtained several important awards for the constant quality demonstrated by distinguishing itself between the great white wines of central Italy. A quality that is also expressed in the longevity of this wine, which can also be refined in the bottle for 10 years or more.
This great white is born in the cellars of the hall castle, from the best chardonnay and grechetto grapes, from maceration on the skins in settling tanks and aging in wood for five months.
